Layover Car Care SMS Consent Evidence

This page provides public examples of the ways customers opt in to Layover Car Care text messages. Service SMS consent and marketing SMS consent are collected separately. This page is intended for carrier and A2P 10DLC review. The examples below use blank sample data only and do not include real customer information.
1. Web Form Opt-In
Customers may opt in at https://layovercarcare.com/book by entering their mobile phone number and checking either or both optional SMS consent boxes before submitting the booking form. The service SMS checkbox and marketing SMS checkbox are separate and unchecked by default.
The booking form disclosure says:

2. Mobile QR Code Opt-In
Customers may scan a Layover Car Care QR code on parking-lot signage, shuttle/facility signage, parking materials, or parking stubs. The QR code opens the same Layover Car Care booking form at https://layovercarcare.com/book with the same separate service SMS and marketing SMS consent disclosures shown above.

3. Paper Form Opt-In at PARK AC JFK and ARB Parking JFK
PARK AC JFK and ARB Parking JFK are Layover Car Care's participating parking partners at JFK. Both partners use the same vehicle intake / claim form with identical Layover Car Care consent disclosures. At vehicle handoff, a customer may provide their mobile number on the parking partner vehicle intake / claim form and sign the form. The form includes separate optional Layover Car Care service SMS and marketing SMS consent checkboxes, message disclosures, Privacy Policy, Terms, HELP/STOP instructions, and a signature field.
Both paper opt-ins are optional and are not required to purchase parking or car care.

Mobile Information
Layover Car Care does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent status with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates. We use messaging providers to deliver Layover Car Care messages, and those providers may use mobile information only to deliver messages for Layover Car Care, not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
