Layover Car Care SMS Consent

Layover Car Care sends text messages only when a customer has opted in. Service SMS consent and marketing SMS consent are collected separately. PARK AC JFK and ARB Parking JFK are our participating parking partners at JFK. Future parking partners must use the same separate disclosure and consent flow before customer mobile numbers are used for Layover Car Care text messages.

Call To Action

By checking the optional service SMS consent box in the Layover Car Care booking form, scanning a Layover Car Care QR code and completing that booking form, or signing a participating parking partner vehicle intake form with the Layover Car Care service SMS disclosure, you agree to receive recurring service text messages from Layover Car Care about booking links, booking confirmation, service updates, receipts, before-and-after photos, and support related to your parked vehicle.

By checking the separate optional marketing SMS consent box in the Layover Car Care booking form or signing the separate marketing SMS consent on a participating parking partner vehicle intake form, you separately agree to receive occasional Layover Car Care offer messages related to your parked vehicle.

For PARK AC JFK and ARB Parking JFK, the signed vehicle intake form includes separate optional consent areas for service SMS and marketing SMS related to the customer's parked vehicle.

Message Types

If you opt in to service SMS, Layover Car Care may text booking links, booking confirmations, vehicle check-in notices, service status updates, completion notices, before-and-after photos, receipts, and customer support messages.

If you separately opt in to marketing SMS, Layover Car Care may text occasional car care offers related to your parked vehicle.

Mobile Information

Layover Car Care does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent status with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates. We use messaging providers to deliver Layover Car Care messages, and those providers may use mobile information only to deliver messages for Layover Car Care, not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
