These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit the Layover Car Care website, scan a Layover Car Care QR code, book a service, or receive a vehicle hand wash, detailing, or car care service from Layover Car Care Inc. ("Layover Car Care," "we," "us," or "our").
Service Description
Layover Car Care provides vehicle hand wash, detailing, and car care services while your vehicle is parked at a participating airport parking facility. Services are limited to the tier and add-ons selected at booking and are performed based on vehicle condition, weather, lot access, available time, and crew safety.
Booking And Authorization
By booking a service, you represent that you are authorized to request service for the vehicle and that the vehicle is parked at the lot or location provided in the booking flow. You authorize Layover Car Care, its service crew, and participating parking-lot personnel to access the vehicle as reasonably needed to perform, document, and complete the selected service.
Payment, Taxes, Tips, And Refunds
Your checkout or order screen shows the selected service, add-ons, estimated total, and active payment method. Depending on the operating mode, payment may be collected through Layover Car Care checkout or through a participating parking-lot partner. Taxes, processing fees, and tips may be handled separately where applicable. Crew tips are voluntary.
Refunds, if any, are reviewed based on order records, payment status, service status, and photo documentation. Once service has started or been completed, refunds may be limited unless required by law or approved by Layover Car Care.
Cancellations
You may cancel before service begins. If service has already started, Layover Car Care may charge for work performed, supplies used, or the selected service.
Vehicle Condition And Personal Items
You are responsible for removing valuables and fragile personal items before service. Layover Car Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, worn paint, mechanical issues, aftermarket parts, personal items left in the vehicle, or conditions that existed before service.
Photo Documentation
Layover Car Care may take before-and-after photos, condition photos, and service records for quality assurance, customer support, security, dispute review, and proof of service. Photos may be shared with you through your order page, email, or text message when you have opted into SMS.
Customer Communications
Layover Car Care may send customer-care communications by email and, if you opt in, by SMS/text message. Service SMS messages may include booking links, booking confirmation, vehicle check-in, service completion, order status, receipts, before-and-after photos, and customer support. Marketing SMS messages are optional and require a separate opt-in; they may include occasional car care offers related to your parked vehicle. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not required to purchase parking, purchase car care, or receive a Layover Car Care service.
Customers may opt in through the Layover Car Care booking form, a Layover Car Care QR code on a poster, shuttle or facility sign, or parking stub, or a participating parking partner vehicle intake form at key handoff. Service SMS consent and marketing SMS consent are collected separately. PARK AC JFK and ARB Parking JFK are our participating parking partners at JFK. Future partners must use the same separate disclosure and consent flow before customer mobile numbers are used for Layover Car Care text messages.
Parking-Lot Partners
Participating parking lots are independent businesses. Their parking terms, vehicle custody rules, damage policies, and security policies may apply separately from these Terms. Layover Car Care is responsible only for the Layover Car Care service it provides.
Service Limitations
Results may vary based on vehicle condition, weather, available access, staining, odor severity, pet hair, paint condition, and time constraints. Layover Car Care may decline or adjust service when conditions are unsafe or impractical.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Layover Car Care's total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Layover Car Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
Disputes
Please contact us first so we can review your service record, payment record, and photos. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled under the laws of New York unless another law is required to apply.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including mobile-number and SMS consent information. The Privacy Policy is available at https://layovercarcare.com/privacy.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
